From April 23rd at 3 PM through April 25th, we invite you to step out of your daily environment and into a space intentionally designed for restoration.
Over the course of two full days and nights immersed in nature, you won’t just learn about nervous system regulation—you’ll experience it.
This is hands-on, practical, and grounded.
You’ll walk away with tools you can actually use in your daily life to stay calm, clear, and resilient—no matter what’s happening around you.

Bodywork & Sound Therapy
